Your Instructor
Paulina’s passion for fitness and movement began as a young dancer and she holds a BFA in Dance Performance from Ryerson University. She is certified in barre, Pilates, and pre/postnatal fitness. Paulina has been an integral part of Barreworks from the outset, and is proud to be part of the Principal Trainer Team. She is passionate about educating and mentoring aspiring instructors and guiding them towards achieving their personal and professional goals. Paulina brings enthusiasm, energy and a deep understanding of functional movement to her teaching. She believes that learning can be fun and loves sharing her sense of humour with her students.
